TERMS:Twenty-Five Thousand ($ 25,000) Dollars in cash, certified or bank check on the "Real Estate and Personal Property Unit and the "Entire Unit";at the time of sale. Ten Thousand ($ 10,000) Dollars in cash, or certified or bank cashier's check on the "Alcoholic Beverage License Unit"; Balance in thirty (30) days of the deed. The succesful bidder(s) shall be reqired to sign a Memorandum of Terms of Sales at the auction sale. Premises to be sold and conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way, restrictions, easements, covenants, liens or claims in the nature of liens, improvements, public assessments, any and all unpaid taxes, rights of redemption for unpaid federal taxes, tax liens, water and sewer liens and any other municipal assessments or liens or existing encumbrances of record which are in force and applicable over the mortgage whether or not referenced to such restrictions, easements improvements, liens or encumbrances made in the deed. The disposition of the New Bedford Licensing Board and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission. Successful bidder resposible for any Mass. Documentary Stamp fee upon delivery of deed.
