Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wareham, acting and through its Custodian of Tax Possession (The Custodian) in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 60, Section 77 A and 77B and through it's Treasurer of Land of low value, under Chapter 60
Section 79 will sell by Public Auction the following parcels of real property with all rights, title, and interest herewith on the 22nd day of May 2010, said Public Auction will take place at the Town Hall of Wareham.
Note: Registration of Bidders shall be a requirement and will be done at the time indicated below. All prospective bidders must be aware that proper personal identification and a minimum deposit per property will be required at the time of the auction. In the event that the highest bidder chooses to withdraw from the sale For Any Reason, Please Be Advised That the Deposit Will Be Forfeited.
