Subject to Easton Conservation Commission Hearing currently scheduled for June 2008. This Lot has not been perc'd, it has town water and private sewer. It is known as` Lot A-1, 81 Prospect Street as shown at the Easton Assessor's Map 16R Lot1. Title Ref. Bristol (N.D.) Registry of Deeds Bk. 2409, Pg. 40. Together with the Benefit of an Easement as set forth at Bk. 16499, Pg. 291 over Lot B as shown on the plan, for access and for all purposes for which ways are now or may hereafter be used in the Town of Easton.
