We have been ordered by the Bristol County Probate and Family Court to sell at Public Auction the following: Approx. 9.29 Acres, continuous uplands exceeds 40,000 sq. ft. This Parcel is part of the Holly Glen Subdivision. Subject to an Access and Utility Easement for the Benefit of Lot B5. It is knownas Lot 10D, Conerstone Drive in Plan Bk. 428, Pg. 41, Bristol (N.D.) Registry of Deeds. Title Ref; Bk. 4827, Pg. 346. Easton Assessor's Map 15R, Lot 47. This parcel is also in the Holly Glen Subdivision with approx. 6.79 acres, continuous upland exceeds 40,000 sq. ft. The Parcel is considered an Estate Lot and may not be built upon without the issuance of an Estate Lot` Special Permit by The Easton Planning and Zoning Board. Known as Lot B5 on Plan Bk. 428, Pg.41, being also on Easton Assessor's Map 11R Lot 93. Title Ref. Bristol (N.D.) Reg. of Deeds Bk. 4827, Pg. 346. Benefit of Easement on Lot 10D for access and utility purposes. Both lots have town water, private sewer, perc'd lot, subject to common restrictions of subdivision. Lots to sell in conjuction with each othrt as shown on the same plan.
