We have been ordered by the Bristol County Probate and Family Court to sell at Public Auction the following: Brewster Drive Lots # 9.21, 9.20, 9.22, 9.19, 9.23, 9.18, 9.24, 9.08., 9.09, 9.11 and 9.10. on Freetown Assessor's Map 228; Christopher Drive Lots # 9.07, 9.06, 9.43. 9.03, 9.05 and 9.04 on Freetown Assessor's Map 2228. Marie's Way Lots # 9.42, 9.44, 9.26,9.01, 9.25, 9.17, 9.12, 9.16, 9.13, 9.15 and 9.14 in Freetown Assessor's Map 228. Two of these lots are unbuildable. As shown at Plan Bk. 106 Pg. 78-79, Plan Bk. 119, Pg. 65, Plan Bk. 126, pg.45 and Plan Bk.132, Pg.44. Title ref. Bristol (F.R.)and, County Reg. of Deeds Bk. 4210, Pg. 125. Approx. 13 lots have been perced. Thes perc may have expired. This development is subject to a cease and dsist order from Freetown Planning Board, please contact the Freetown Planning Board for details. Also in this sale are 24.90 acres off the north side of Chase Road, Westof Route 140. It may be landlocked and is located adjacent to Lot # 9.06.
